It is in the north central region of the county and encompasses all of McClellan Airfield with Patrol Road to the west, Elkhorn Boulevard to the north, Patrol Road to the east, and Roseville Road to the south. A significant landmark within this zone is Sacramento McClellan Airport. There is a bus route along the northern and eastern border of the zone and train tracks in the southeastern region of the zone. Major east and west evacuation routes are Elkhorn Boulevard and Roseville Road. North and south evacuation routes are Raley Boulevard, and Watt Avenue.
