It is in the northeast region of the county and is bordered by Kenneth Avenue and Wachtel Avenue to the west, Old Auburn Road and Treelake Park to the north, Santa Juanita Avenue to the east, and Madison Avenue to the south. Significant landmarks within this zone are Treelake park and Lake Natoma Island. There are no train tracks in this zone. There is a bus route in the south east area of this zone. There are multiple peak-only bus routes in the central and southern part of this zone. Major east and west evacuation routes are Old Auburn Road, Oak Avenue, Greenback Lane, and Madison Avenue. North and south evacuation routes are Wachtel Avenue, Kenneth Ave, Hazel Avenue, and Main Avenue.
