It is in the central region of the county and is bordered by Elk Grove Florin Road to the west, Florin Road to the north, Grant Line Road, and Sunrise Boulevard to the west, and Calvine Road to the south. Significant landmarks within this zone are Don and Brenda Nottoli Park, the golf course, Dunmore Park Preserve, Wild Hawk Golf Club, Carlisle Woods Park, Illa Collin Park, and Robert Cochran Park. There are train tracks along the southwest border and in the center of this zone. There are bus routes in the center and southern border of this zone. Major east and west evacuation routes are Florin Road, Gerber Road, Vintage Park Drive, and Calvine Road. North and south evacuation routes are Elk Grove Florin Road, Bradshaw Road, Excelsior Road, Grant Line Road, and Sunrise Boulevard.
