It is in the western region of the county and is bordered by Franklin Boulevard to the west, 47th Avenue to the north, Stockton Boulevard to the east, and Tangerine Avenue to the south. Significant landmarks within this zone are Morrison Creek, Nicholas Park, and Orange Cove Park. There are train tracks and a light rail on the northwest border of the zone. There are bus routes in the north, west and middle portions of the zone. Major east and west evacuation routes are 47th Avenue and Florin Road. North and south evacuation routes are Highway 99, Franklin Boulevard, and Stockton Boulevard.
