It is in the central northern region of the county and is bordered by Mission Avenue to the west, Winding Way to the north, Fair Oaks Boulevard to the east, and El Camino Avenue to the south. Significant landmarks within this zone are Gibbons Community Park, Mission North Park, Cardinal Oaks Park, and Marvin Marshal Children's Center. There are no train tracks in this zone. There are bus routes in the east, south, and northwest area of this zone. Major east and west evacuation routes are Winding Way, Cypress Avenue, Marconi Avenue, and El Camino Avenue. North and south evacuation routes are Walnut Avenue, Fair Oaks Boulevard, and Manzanita Avenue.
